Parents, we are thrilled to announce the launch of our brand new school-based health clinic. This initiative aims to provide exceptional healthcare services to our students in a convenient and accessible manner. With our state-of-the-art facility and highly trained medical professionals, we are committed to promoting the well-being and overall health of our student community.
Our school-based health clinic will offer a wide range of services, including routine check-ups, immunizations, preventive care, mental health counseling, and much more. We believe that by providing comprehensive healthcare on campus, we can ensure that our students receive the support they need to thrive academically and personally.
We want all of our students completely covered at all times while on campus. Doctors appointments can be made without students missing school. Consent Forms have been sent home, but if you did not receive it, forms are listed below:
